Delivery & Collection

We deliver wheelchairs and mobility scooters to any Greater London address at a time to suit you, seven days per week and most public holidays. We deliver to Homes, Hotels, Hospitals, Businesses and Airports. Our helpful delivery drivers will also show you how to use the wheelchair or scooter safely.


Fast delivery! Standard delivery is next day guaranteed. Same day delivery service is available if booked before 1pm. Urgent delivery within 3 hours is available if booked before 4pm.


Homes
Our patient driver will come to your door to deliver/collect. Don't worry if you need time to get to the door – our driver will wait. If you have a porter or concierge we can deliver/collect to them.


Hotels
We deliver to the hotel front desk or concierge. You do not need to be present for us to deliver. If you need the wheelchair/scooter for early morning then we can deliver the day before. All hotels will store the wheelchair/scooter safely for you in their baggage storage room so it is there when you need it. For return collection, you may leave the wheelchair with the hotel front desk or concierge and ask them to store it for collection by us later.


Airports
For airport arrivals we meet you inside the airport terminal with the wheelchair/scooter on your arrival. We meet after baggage reclaim. For airport departures we meet you at the airline check-in desk before your departure at the time you specify on booking


Hospitals
For hospital delivery, we bring the wheelchair/scooter to your bed, ward or room inside the hospital as specified on your booking request.


Train Stations
We meet you inside the train station at the end of the platform on the arrivals concourse.


Collect and return at Our Warehouse
We are located at Heston, Middlesex from where you are welcome to collect and return wheelchairs or mobility scooters at no cost. Our warehouse is open from 09:00am to 5:30pm from Monday to Saturday. An advance booking confirmation is needed if you wish to collect from us so that we can ensure availability when you arrive.
